You DO NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay with a debit or credit card.  Under "Payment Options" select "Credit card or direct cash payment by Pay Pal".  In the "Choose a way to pay" screen select "Pay with a debit or credit card if you don't have a Pay Pal account".  Please email us if you have any questions. 

Pay Pal is a trusted processor of online credit card transactions and used by thousands of merchants.  Credit card information for your transaction is securely collected and processed through Pay Pal.  We do not see or obtain any of your confidential credit card information.

We would love to create a custom item for you! If you want something that is not seen on our web site, please click on the Contact Us link or e-mail me at carey@pinkjunebug.com.

*For Tutu’s: We recommend you measure your child's waist before choosing a Tutu size. If a waist size is not provided, we do have a generic waist sizing chart that we use that assists us in completing your order, but it cannot replace an accurate waist measurement. To measure your child, use a measuring tape, going around her waist at belly button level. Clothing will add extra inches, so take the measurement without clothing around her waist.

May I custom order a BLING Shirt or design? TOP

Do you have a logo, team/group/company name, phrase or image you would like made into a sassy BLING shirt?

*Remember to include: quantity of shirts, preferred color of shirt, and any design/logo specifications.* 

If you wish to see a sample image of your custom design before you purchase it on the shirt, a deposit of $7.00 must be paid before the sample is made. The deposit per design will be applied to the final invoice total if you wish to purchase the design. To avoid the deposit fee please pay for all custom designs in full before they are made.

The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if you choose not to purchase the design(s).

Our BLING designs are displayed on most commonly used apparel, t-shirts on our Shirt Sizing and Colors page. If you are interested in a different style or color not shown, we have a WIDE VARIETY of apparel and accessories for ALL ages to choose from.... just e-mail us for availability and pricing.

What are the differences in BLING design stones? TOP

 
Rhinestone Crystal Stones - For a rhinestone look that sparkles at a more moderate price, our non-branded rhinestone crystals do the trick. These are quality rhinestones ... just a little easier on your pocketbook than Swarovski crystals.  
 
Rhinestuds - Rhinestuds aren't technically rhinestones at all ... they're tiny metal circles cut to look like rhinestones. There's no crystal in a rhinestud, but the shape and surface shines! Rhinestud designs still sparkle, but they don't refract light.

May I custom order bows? TOP

 
We love custom orders! You can send us photos of an outfit you'd like us to match or feel free to take a look at our selection of ribbon swatches. We have SOLID Grosgrain, PRINTED Grosgrain, and specialty ribbons available.
 
However, colors and/or embellishments may not be available or discontinued. In this event we will make sure the item looks fabulous with an alternative color, style or embellishment.

How are your bows made? TOP

Each bow is hand made with top quality ribbon. Each fold of the bow is hand sewn - we do not use wire in our bows.  The ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. Any embellishments added to bows or clips are secured with the best adhesive available. Although our bows and clips are made with superior quality, it is still important to never leave a baby unsupervised while wearing a bow or clip because some items do contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard.

Our Korkers are made wrapped around a 1/4" dowel. A Light starch is baked in for durability and to help with stain resistance.

Bow & ribbon color can vary, ribbon may also have to be substituted, in case of back order or color/design being discontinued. Sometimes, ribbon and other supplies that are needed could be on backorder from our suppliers.  This is a situation that Pink Junebug Designs has NO CONTROL over.  If Pink Junebug Designs finds that this is the case, we will immediately notify you.

What kind of attachment/hardware options do I have for my bows? TOP

Alligator Clips: This is a double prong pinch clip, and is our standard clip used.  This clip is great for all hair types and most popular. This is also the clip of choice when using our interchangeable Headbands.
 
 
French Barrett: French barrettes are “Spring and Clasp” and are good for older girls or anyone with thicker hair.
 
Headbands: The Crochet Headband is our standard band used. Crochet head band fit all ages, from newborns to adult!
 

What is a "Non-Slip Grip"? TOP

This is a standard alligator clip, with a piece of rubber/latex added to help hold your bows in even the finest, smallest amount of baby hair.

If you are interested in having this applied to your clips, please feel free to let me know.

Are the ends of your bows (ribbon) sealed to prevent fraying? TOP

We heat seal each ribbon end to prevent them from fraying.

How can I be sure my bows will hold their shape? TOP

Each one of our bows is spray coated with fabric starch and treated by baking before being sent out to ensure they hold their shape during shipping. This means your bows will always look crisp, clean and perfect. Should your bow start to lose shape, simply fluff the loops, spray with fabric starch, and lightly dry with a hair dryer if desired.

All bows can be lightly wiped with a soft cloth and a little bit of mild soap. DO NOT wash or dry your bow(s) in a washer or dryer!

How do I care for my tutu? TOP

A tu tu requires a little special care for longest wear.

All Pink Junebug Designs tutu’s can be lightly wiped with a soft cloth and a little bit of mild soap. DO NOT wash or dry your tutu in a washer or dryer!

Tutu's are made of tulle, a nylon material that dislikes humidity. Tutu's wilt quickly in humidity, so keep in a cool, dry area when not in use, and do not crush. Your closet is perfect. Our Tutus are not flammable, but they will melt, so keep far away from open flames. Tutu's look best for photos when they are full and poofy. Fluff as needed. To fluff, gently pull each individual tulle layer up towards waistline for maximum poofiness.

 

If your tutu seems a little big in the waistline, feel free to slide off a couple of the tulle knots to accommodate your waist size for a better fit.


Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect poofy tutu. You can also hang the tutu up and lightly steam it. If you live in a humid area, hang your tutu outside on a hot, humid day for a few minutes to allow the wrinkles to fall.

How do I care for my Pink Junebug Designs BLINGwear? TOP

 
When washing rhinestone-embellished shirts, simply turn them inside out and wash in COLD water. Use warm water only as needed.

 

Our rhinestone motifs are properly applied with a professional-grade heat press, in compliance with the rhinestone manufacturer-suggested guidelines. The rhinestones should not come loose in your washing machine, up to 165 degrees F.

Simply, turn it inside out, hand wash in cool water and let it air dry flat or on a hanger.  

Do not iron the backside of the rhinestones.

Note: For extra protection of your shirts, we recommend that you use WOOLITE.

Can I add or make changes to an order I have pending? TOP

Once your order is paid for, it is then put in a ‘processing status' once this happens you will no longer be able to add new items to your order. Any additional items must be placed as a new order. If you have multiple pending orders please contact us if you would like to make shipping arrangements (IE: consolidated shipping). Please keep in mind if you do this all your items will ship with the order that was last placed.  If you need your shipping address changed, or something minor, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long will it be before my order is shipped? TOP

Since each item is custom made for you, it does not ship immediately.  I do not mass produce any of my items.  We are unable to stock blank apparel at this time due to the wide variety of styles, colors, and sizes, Shirts and apparel are purchased per your order and each one is made to your specifications.

All of our items are hand made to order, so please check our current shipping times as they do vary.
If time is a concern please email us prior to ordering to make sure we can get your order completed in time. Rush orders are available if needed.

Having a Date Needed on every order helps us organize our orders so you can receive your purchase well before your party or pictures. Please plan accordingly.

How does my package ship? TOP

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (Approx. 2-4 days) or Parcel Post. We mainly use standard issue USPS boxes, tubes, and or shipping envelopes.

There are also times that mail delivery can be slowed due to Holidays. Once your items ship, Pink Junebug Designs is NOT responsible for any delays in package arrivals or incorrectly addressed items.  We address your packages as they are supplied at check out.  If any items do get returned to us as Incorrectly Addressed or Non Delivery, the CUSTOMER assumes ALL responsibility in getting the package shipped to the correct address at YOUR expense.

At no charge to our customers, we purchase the Delivery Confirmation option on all packages to ensure tracking and delivery of orders.

Pink Junebug Designs provides you with a tracking number, at no cost to you, and an ESTIMATED delivery date provided by the USPS receipt to track the package  We will send you an e-mail along with the Delivery Confirmation number as soon as your order ships, so you can easily track it as well. If your order can not ship for some reason we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

How will my bows/clips be packaged? TOP

 
Each item is carefully packaged and should arrive in excellent condition.

Your bows/clips will come securely attached to one of our custom bow/clip cards. They will be wrapped in our cute patterned tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy USPS/Parcel Post box.

Tutu’s and BLINGwear are wrapped with/in tissue paper and are sent with care instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Liability for the shipped order transfers from Pink Junebug Designs to the customer when the package is accepted at the post office or shipping center while in transit.

 

Insurance will cover any damage or loss during shipping. Insurance is NOT included in the shipping charges. If you would like to insure your package against any damage or loss during shipping please e-mail me at carey@pinkjunebug.com and I will be happy to add it to your purchase. I would highly advise customers to purchase insurance on their order. If you did not purchased insurance and your order gets damaged or lost during mailing, USPS will not be responsible for replacing your order. Pink Junebug Designs is not held responsible for your items once they are mailed at USPS and we are not responsible for giving refunds for packages that are damaged or lost once they have been mailed

Yes, an additional charge applies. To rush an order, there is a fee of $10.00. Please contact us before ordering to obtain confirmation. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will work with you as much as possible to try to accommodate your timeline.

Due to the nature of the items being hand made to order, all sales are final due to the nature of the product and the custom work that is put into them.

Please select your child's Tutu based on an accurate waist measurement, and please select you or your child’s apparel choice based on weight as well as chest measurements. We provide accurate sizing charts to assist you, and we custom make your outfit based on the options you choose. Please choose carefully, and ask questions before buying.

If there is a problem with your order, you must notify me know within 48 hours of receiving your order (according to tracking) for me to make any kind possible change(s). Once payment is received, the sale is final.
